OTCO | LMS (Officer to Commission Officer) is an online preparation platform for candidates preparing for the Initial Tests and ISSB of the Pakistan Army, Navy and Air Force. OTCO is an independent platform and is not affiliated with the Pakistan Armed Forces or ISSB.

This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

02Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password. Passwords are stored securely as a hash, never as plain text.
• Preparation details: the force and module you choose, such as Army Initial Test or ISSB.
• Learning activity: the tests you attempt, your answers, scores, results and progress.
• Payment details: the information needed to confirm your payment and activate your access.
• Messages: questions you send to the AI chatbot, support or live chat, and anything you post in the community.
• Technical data: basic information such as your device, browser and IP address, used for security and to keep the service working.

03How we use your information

• To create and manage your account, free trial and access period.
• To run tests, show results and track your progress.
• To give AI answers, suggestions and notifications based on your activity.
• To provide support and live chat.
• To prevent misuse, for example repeated free trials.
• To improve our questions, content and features.

04Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run OTCO, such as hosting, email, messaging and payment services, and only as much as they need to do their work. We may also share information when the law requires it.

05Community and live chat

Messages you post in live chat and in the ISSB experiences section can be seen by other users. Please don't share private information such as your CNIC number, home address or passwords there.

06How long we keep it

We keep your account information while your account is active, including your 6-month access period, and for a reasonable time afterwards unless you ask us to delete it. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it.

07Keeping your information safe

We use measures such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords to protect your information. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your password private.

08Your choices

• View and update your account details.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to delete your account.
• Turn off notifications that are not essential.

09Young users

Many candidates are under 18. If you are under 18, please use OTCO with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
